Tatiana Stone Wagner, Founder of Georgia Ranch Consulting
I help nonprofits trade burnout for better systems.
I turn “we’ve always done it this way” into “why didn’t we do this sooner?”
I work alongside nonprofits to strengthen the bones of their work — the systems, training, and infrastructure that make mission-driven work sustainable. Whether it’s a trauma-informed care workshop, a new onboarding process, or cleaning up the data that makes funders take notice, I’m here to help you work better so you can do more good.
I’m an overhead evangelist. I believe the things often labeled as “administrative costs” — HR systems, tech upgrades, evaluation tools — aren’t extra. They’re essential. They’re what allow organizations to deliver services with consistency, compassion, and integrity. Strong internal systems are core mission support, not overhead.
Over the past decade, I’ve led finance teams, built onboarding programs, and trained hundreds of nonprofit professionals in trauma-informed leadership and motivational interviewing. I’ve seen how quickly even the most passionate teams can burn out when they don’t have the right structures in place — and how transformative it is when they do.
I like budgets, I love spreadsheets, and I believe data is a form of storytelling. When we understand our data, we understand our impact — and that’s what keeps the mission moving forward.
Georgia Ranch Consulting is named for my great-grandmother, Georgia — a woman who led with grit, kindness, and practicality. She believed that service starts at home, and that change begins with the systems that sustain us. I carry that belief into every organization I work with.
